Indulge in a “Me Moment” with Yoplait Oui

As a stay-at-home mother of four, my life was already full of challenges. Then I added teaching fitness classes to the mix.
While I cherish both roles, they leave scant time for me to enjoy some personal downtime.

During a visit to Walmart, I picked up several tubs of Oui by Yoplait after having heard wonderful reviews, deciding it was time to pamper myself a little.

I chose flavors I typically enjoy in other yogurts, including peach, lemon, strawberry, blueberry, and black cherry. I also spotted vanilla, coconut, and plain flavors available.

I find the glass jars of Oui by Yoplait charming! I’m already brainstorming ways to reuse them.
Anyway, back to the yogurt.
Oui by Yoplait offers a French-style yogurt characterized by its delicate sweetness and freshness.
Reasons I was eager to try Oui:
- Crafted based on a traditional French recipe
- Cultured in each glass jar for eight hours, resulting in a distinctively thick and creamy texture
- Best enjoyed without stirring to fully appreciate its unique texture
- “Oui” means “yes” in French, pronounced as “wee”

I eagerly anticipate relaxing for a few moments after my workout and savoring a delicious treat just for myself.
It’s a delightful indulgence made guilt-free with simple, non-GMO ingredients like whole milk and real fruit, thoughtfully layered in each jar.
Embrace Fresh Ingredients with Oui:
- Produced with whole milk
- Contains no artificial flavors or colors from synthetic sources
- The plain variety is crafted with just two ingredients: milk and cultures
- Fruit flavors feature authentic fruit at the bottom
Experience pure bliss in every spoonful. Say Oui!

I received this yogurt as a freebie at Harris Teeter over the weekend and I genuinely enjoyed it! I was pleasantly surprised!

I think I will continue making my own yogurt. This was too sweet for my taste, and now that I’m lactose intolerant, it’s a complete no-go. Oh, my stomach!
