I am proud to be an ambassador for Chicken of the Sea. They kindly provided me with EZ-Open cans for this post, along with compensation for my time. As always, the thoughts presented here are entirely my own.
I am a huge fan of Chicken of the Sea tuna for many reasons. Its taste is exceptional, and I appreciate its freshness. The Solid White Albacore is incredibly budget-friendly, and I can prepare a meal in under five minutes using a can. However, one aspect I didn’t enjoy was opening the can. Using a traditional can opener often left me dealing with a mess, as tuna juice splattered all over my kitchen. Fortunately, Chicken of the Sea has introduced an EZ-Open lid for their Solid White Albacore cans, which is a game changer.
No matter where life takes me—from a workout session to waiting in the carpool line—I can easily enjoy a meal with Chicken of the Sea’s new EZ-Open can. With no can opener required, I can take a can with me for a quick and effortless lunch.
Shoppers will soon find five popular Chicken of the Sea products featuring the convenient pull-tab, known as EZ-Open, at grocery stores across the country. This new line includes Solid White Albacore in Water, Solid White Albacore in Oil, Chunk Light Tuna in Water, and Skinless & Boneless Pink Salmon—all available in EZ-Open cans.
In celebration of this new packaging, Chicken of the Sea is offering fans a chance to win instant rewards totaling $25,000. Through the Chicken of the Sea Pull It Off Game and Promotion, players can join a fun virtual “kitchen” experience where they attempt to grab the correct EZ-Open can as it spins on a Lazy Susan. Only the EZ-Open lids will be usable in the game. Participants can play daily and have three opportunities to grab the right can for a chance to win instant prizes, which will be provided as digital gift cards compatible with mobile devices. This exciting promotion begins on October 13th and runs until November 12th on the Chicken of the Sea Facebook page.

These easy-open lids are incredibly practical, aren’t they? I really appreciate them. It bothers me when I encounter a can that needs an opener, haha. I guess I’m a little lazy!

This is fantastic because whenever I use a can opener, it splatters everywhere! It’ll be a breeze to just pull off the lid instead. So impressive!
