I love my cast iron cookware! It’s cheap, toxic-free, and will last a life time. We have two skillets and a few other accessories. Slow Cooker

Silicone Popsicle Molds
Definitely a fun bonus and not required to get your kitchen started, but for those with little kids I love these. You can make homemade yogurt popsicles full of organic berries. Throw in some gelatin to really make them a nutrition powerhouse. (Find there online here.)
Grain Mill
Not an essential “must have” if you are just starting out, but this is our favorite grain mill for ensuring that our whole grain flours are fresh and full of nutrition. (Find it online here.)
Food Processor
